SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
1. All products on website are Shipping Fee EXLCUDED. Buyers have to pay for the shipping fee and exact shipping fee can only be confirmed after final product is released.
2. Buyer no need to pay for shipping fee on deposit phase. Shipping fee will be invoice to you when the product is ready to ship.
3. MDF STUDIO is NOT responsible for any custom clearance fees, import duties or taxes that would occur during the custom clearance.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
1. MDF STUDIO is NOT responsible for any damages that caused during transit. As many unforeseen circumstance may happens during transit that is totally out of our control but we can ensure that all statues are well packed and its shipped out in good condition.
2. No compensation will be given from shipping company in any course unless it has obvious serious damage on the outer box or item has lost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1.We DO NOT accept any returns in any case. If the statue is broken or partly broken that cannot be fix, we would try our best to help you to contact the studios and get replacement parts for it. Please bear in mind some of the studios might have replacement parts for you but some do not.
2. If there is major broken on statue, we will deal with the studios. It either send it back to factory and repair or request a fair compensation for you to repair in local shop. Please take note that some of the studios will not given any compensation in any course but some studios do. We CAN'T do anything if studio refuse to compensate.
